When I click on a resource, how come all that comes up is
a blank word processor?
A. There is a specific bug in MS Office 2000 such that the
clicked document won't open in Word. Have your local technical
support staff apply Microsoft's Service Release 1.

When I click on some resources, they don't open up anything,
or my PC tells me that it can't find the application to open
the document.
A. Some documents were developed in Inspiration, a visual
diagramming tool. You'll need to install Inspiration prior
to opening up those documents.

The unit or course selection popups don't have anything in them.
A. Either your web server had a settings change that told it that you were in another district, or the master curriculum definition for a course or unit got unexpected information typed into it by a curriculum designer. We can address this. Email our tech support.
